Sri Sharda Excellence Scholarship Test (SSEST 2026)

Guidelines:

1. Examination Pattern

  • The SSEST Scholarship Examination consists of four sections.
  1. Section I : Special Abilities
  2. Section II : General Knowledge
  3. Section III : English
  4. Section IV : Mathematics
  • Each section contains 15 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • Total number of questions: 60.
  • Each question carries 1 mark.
  • There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
  • All questions are compulsory.

2. Duration of Examination

  • Total examination time: 30 minutes.
  • Candidates are advised to manage their time efficiently, as no extra time will be provided.

3. Scholarship Criteria

4. Scholarship Rules

  1. A candidate can avail only one scholarship benefit at a time.
  2. Scholarship may be awarded either:
    • Based on the candidate’s qualifying examination percentage, or
    • Based on the SSEST Scholarship Test score.
  3. If a candidate is eligible for scholarships under both categories, only the higher scholarship benefit will be granted.
  4. The decision of the Admission Committee/Institution regarding scholarship eligibility and award shall be final and binding.

5. General Instructions

  • Candidates must carefully read all instructions before starting the examination.
  • Use of unfair means or any form of malpractice may lead to cancellation of candidature.
  • Ensure that all answers are marked within the stipulated time.
  • No requests for re-evaluation or rechecking of the scholarship test will be entertained.
