Sri Sharda Group of Institutions Lucknow, affiliated to University of Lucknow is one of the leading bsc colleges in lucknow which offers 4-year (eight semesters) full-time traditional under-graduate program in the field of science. The University of Lucknow (LU) is the first university in Uttar Pradesh to offer a unique four-year B.Sc Research Program as per the National Educational Policy (NEP), 2020. The B.Sc. program offered by Sri Sharda Group of Institutions Lucknow, focuses on studying to inculcate theoretical, practical and research skills among students. Along with this, the B.Sc program also provides basic knowledge of the major science subjects to the students.

    COURSE STRUCTURE

    The program of study is four years divided into eight semesters. A candidate shall complete his/her degree within four academic years from the date of his/her admission to the first semester.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

    B.SC (Maths Group)

    Candidates, who have passed the 12th examinations in science stream with mathematics as one of the subjects, are eligible for admission to the first year of the B.Sc program.
    For General and Other Backward Classes, candidates must secure at least 40% of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, the minimum number of marks obtained should be 33% based on total marks of all subjects.

    B.SC (Bio Group)

    Candidates, who have passed the 12th examinations in science stream with biology as one of the subjects, are eligible for admission to the first year of the B.Sc program.

    ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Students may obtain application forms on all working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on payment of Rs.750/- cash/cheque or demand draft in favor of “SRI SHARDA INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES” from the college campus .Candidates can also fill the admission application form online at www.ssimt.edu.in.
  • Admission is given on the merit of Intermediate Marks & Personal Interview.
  • Candidates should carry original mark-sheets and certificates of class X and class XII for verification on the day of the interview.
  • Students should submit photocopies of mark-sheets and certificates of class X and class XII (self-attested).
  • Candidates should submit Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate in original from the Head of the Institution from where the candidate has passed his/her last examination as a regular candidate.
  • Candidates should submit original Caste Certificate, Income Certificate & Domicile Certificate issued by competent authority for claiming reservation under Government Rules.
