📢 NOTICE: Regarding Document Verification (Diploma)

This is to inform all newly admitted students that the Document Verification has been scheduled as per date mentioned below. All students are required to report to the college on the specified date and complete the document verification and other admission formalities within the given time.

Documents Required for Verification

Students must bring the original documents along with one set of clear photocopies of each of the following:

1. High School Marksheet
2. Intermediate Marksheet
3. Transfer Certificate (Original)
4. JEECUP Score Card
5. Character Certificate (Original)
6. Six Passport-Size Photographs
7. Year Gap Affidavit (if applicable)
8. Aadhaar Card

It is mandatory for all students to attend the document verification session on the date specified for their respective course. Students must ensure that they bring one complete set of clear photocopies of all required documents along with the original documents for verification, as no photocopy facility will be provided by the college.

All admission formalities, including document verification, payment of first semester fee, caution money, transport & hostel fees (if opted), must be completed on the scheduled verification date itself.

Only those students, who successfully complete all admission formalities, including document verification and submission of the First Semester Course Fee, will be issued a Provisional Identity Card, which will permit them to attend classes.
