ANNUAL SPORTS FEST
Sports serve society by providing vivid examples of excellence
As part of the annual co-curricular activities, Sri Sharda Group of Institutions organized a sports fest “SRI-UTSAV” on 20 February 2021 in college premises. The fest was inaugurated by playing the first ball of cricket tournament by Chief Guest Mr. Brijesh Singh (SHO, Gosainganj) and Mr Dilshad Chowdary (Sub Inspector, Gosainganj) were also present on this occasion.
Students participated at the event with enthusiasm and zeal and put forth their talent in different sports. Events of the day consisted of competitions like Chess, Carrom, Badminton, Race, Tug of War and Volleyball. The theme of the day was “the spirit of togetherness” which was presented by students of different streams by playing with true sportsmanship.
The cricket tournament was bagged by BA while Badminton and Volleyball was won by BCA students.The students truly enjoyed the session and were expecting similar kinds of events in the forthcoming session too.
