📢 NOTICE: Submission of Examination Forms for I Semester (Odd Semester-2026)

All students of I Semester (all UG courses) are hereby informed that the last date for filling and submitting the online examination form for the Odd Semester Examination-2026 through the Lucknow University Samarth Portal is 12 November 2026.

1. Online Examination Form Filling: Students are required to fill out their examination forms through the Lucknow University Samarth Portal using the link provided below.
   • User ID: Your Enrollment Number.
   • The enrollment number is being shared along with this notice.
   • Samarth Portal Link: https://lkouniv.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login
2. Submission of Examination Form and Documents: After successfully filling out the online examination form, students must:
   • Take a printout of the duly filled online examination form.
   • Obtain No Dues Clearance from the Accounts Section.
   • Submit the printed examination form along with the following documents (ONLY IF NOT SUBMITTED) to the Examination Cell: Transfer Certificate (TC), Character Certificate, Gap Affidavit (if applicable), Photocopy of Class 10th Marksheet and Class 12th Marksheet.

The complete examination form along with all the required documents must be submitted to the Examination Cell on or before 12 November 2026.

3. Mandatory Selection of CC-I: All I Semester students must select the following CC-I papers while filling out their examination forms:

Only those examination forms that are duly completed and submitted to the Examination Cell within the stipulated deadline will be forwarded to the University. Students are strictly advised to complete the entire process within the prescribed deadline. Any failure to comply with these instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned student, and the institution shall not be held responsible under any circumstances.
