📢 NOTICE: Prohibition on Use of Mobile Phones in Classrooms

All students are hereby informed that the use of mobile phones in classrooms during lectures is strictly prohibited. Students are required to maintain proper discipline and ensure that their mobile phones remain switched off or kept on silent mode and safely stored during class hours.

The use of mobile phones during lectures causes disturbance and adversely affects the academic environment and concentration of students.

Accordingly, the following instructions shall be strictly followed:

1. Students shall not use mobile phones inside the classroom during lectures.
2. Mobile phones must be kept switched off/silent and away from use throughout the class.
3. Any student found using a mobile phone during class will be liable to a fine of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only).
4. Repeated violation of this instruction may invite further disciplinary action as per the rules of the Institution.
5. Students are advised to use mobile phones only during permitted breaks or at designated places.

All students are directed to comply with these instructions in the interest of maintaining a disciplined, focused, and conducive academic environment.
