📢 NOTICE: Restriction on Movement of Students Visiting the College for Official Work

All students are hereby informed that those visiting the college for fee deposition, collection of mark sheets/degrees, submission or collection of documents, or any other official purpose are required to remain within the designated premises of the Accounts Office or Examination Office, as applicable.

Students are strictly instructed not to roam around or enter other areas of the college campus, particularly academic blocks and classrooms, while classes are in progress.

Students visiting the college for official work must:

1. Proceed directly to the concerned Accounts Office/Examination Office.
2. Remain within the designated premises until their official work is completed.
3. Avoid entering classrooms, corridors, academic blocks, laboratories, library, or other areas without permission.
4. Maintain proper discipline and ensure that no disturbance or disruption is caused to ongoing classes and academic activities.
5. Leave the campus promptly after completing their official work.

All concerned students are directed to strictly comply with these instructions. Any student found unnecessarily roaming in restricted/academic areas or causing disturbance during classes may be subject to disciplinary action.
